Administrative management activities concern the following actions:

-         streamlining accounting management – training of operators and definition of programs with efficient settings

-         use of short-term treasury through process synthesis and minimization of operational risks

-         management of direct and indirect tax obligations - monitoring compliance with legislative requirements

The modern CFO builds operational flows aimed at reducing the lead-time for obtaining information and optimizing the resources used. The implementation of an internal policy system for accounting entries and the definition of analytical accounting by cost centers is preparatory to efficient data collection and subsequent targeted reprocessing.

In start-up companies and in organizational restructuring processes, it is advisable, in addition to the exclusive accounting system, to establish a connection with other operational functions in order to reduce elements that generate waste and non-compliance, including qualitative non-compliance.

A modern system connects for the purchase cycle:

-         order system and related prices

-         management of incoming warehouses

-         accounts payable invoicing

-         settlements to direct and indirect suppliers

Similarly, for the sales cycle, it relates orders, movements, and the arising of receivables, completing with the positive financial manifestation.

The presence of a 4.0 connection system with an advanced ERP or with a MES also serves to systematize (moving out of latency):

-         presence of waste

-         non-conformity/non-compliance with the bill of materials

-         losses due to delayed boring

This further addition to the digital system, in which a scheduler is added, allows for a clear increase in the quality of monitoring of company economic flows.
